The Nordita logotype consists of a five-pointed star in colours taken from the flags of the five Nordic countries. The name "Nordita" is not included in the logotype, but can be placed alongside the logotype if the context allows it.
Below are three canonical layouts with the name of the institute in capitals, one with the text to the right of the logotype (we use this eg. in our letterhead and on our web pages), one compact version with the name assymmetrically below the logotype, and one with the name vertically below a non-rotated logotype (this we use on posters and in advertisements).
If the logotype with text is used on a (monochrome) dark background, the versions with white text and a white text and white border around the logotype should be used.
